Spring Bank Holiday is nearly upon us and the weather is due to be good! Why not take the opportunity to pop along to one of the many events happening across Yorkshire, you’ll find a few of our favourites below:
Visit the Unicorn Festival at Cannon Hall Farm; designed to keep your kids enchanted and amazed. Your admission ticket includes all day farm admission, including the soft play, plus a packed agenda of races, farm talks and the tractor trailer ride. There will also be handling sessions in our reptile house.
Castle Howard’s Myths and Monsters May Half Term event runs from 27th May until 4th June where Hesiod the storyteller will keep kids enthralled for hours and they can be part of the adventures of Apollo and even take part in a thrilling chariot race!
Set in the streets of Yorkshire’s Food Capital, Malton – the Malton Food Lovers Festival, taking place from 27th – 28th May gives visitors the chance to sample some of God’s Own County’s finest produce. Set to be the biggest yet, the 2017 edition will have heaving stalls, cookery lessons and celebrity chef demos galore as well as some fantastic live entertainment.
Alternatively, The Great British Food Festival is on from the 26th – 28th May at Harewood House, tickets include free entry to the house and gardens, and kids can also enjoy the excitement and thrills of the Adventure Playground.
