Emtec facility services have recently moved in to the green building (icon Business Centre) based on Thorpe Park.

Branch Manager Paul Robinson took the opportunity to take an office in the Green Building following Emtec being successful in securing the maintenance contract for the building.

Emtec Facility Services can offer full Facilities Management and services to include full Mechanical & Electrical maintenance and reactive packages.
Offering local management with local engineering support.
Our challenges are to offer competitive packages and build partnerships with clients based on delivering a quality service built on good communications.

At icon business centre we carryout all planned and reactive maintenance to the Gas boilers, Chillers, Electrical systems, all mechanical systems, Evac system, Grey water system, Natural ventilation, Sensor Lighting.
We manage specialist sub contractors and assist in ensuring the site remains compliant.
We are supported by our compliance division for such services as water treatment, L8 regimes and Water Risk Assessments.
