Here at Triangle Health and Fitness Leeds we pride ourselves on delivering top class service in our friendly and welcoming health club. We aim to cater for any age or ability and can help with health and nutrition advice or support and motivation. We run 32 fitness classes per month including Yoga, Pilates, hips, bums and tums, dancercise and aqua aerobics which is included in your membership. In addition we also have a relaxing wet area which includes pool, steam room and sauna. Whether its health, fitness or relaxation Triangle can offer services and facilities to suit everyone.
