Join Sophie Poole and Tom Smith, instructors from PureGym, for a lunchtime webinar on nutrition as part of our Health & Wellbeing Week at Thorpe Park Leeds.
The session will take place on Wednesday 23rd June at 12pm and will last for around 20-minutes.
The webinar will provide insight into the basics of nutrition, covering some quicks tips as well as dispelling some of the myths surrounding nutrition. At the end of the session, you’ll also have chance to ask any questions you may have about the topic!
Sophie and Tom are specialists in body fat reduction and nutritional guidance, with years of experience helping people on their weight loss journeys. It’s a great opportunity to get some guidance on staying healthy from the two personal trainers at PureGym!
