Shuttle Service Termination

The Thorpe Park Shuttle Service, X69, will unfortunately stop operating on Friday 24th July. The service, which has been funded by the developers of Thorpe Park for the past 12 months, has seen very low levels of take up meaning that its operation is uneconomical on an ongoing basis.

There are however a range of alternative travel options available to staff, including the recently diverted 18a which provides a direct 20 minute link between Thorpe Park and Leeds City Centre in the AM and PM peaks.

Further details on the range of travel options are available below:

Car Share

Thorpe Park have teamed up with CarShareLeeds to bring the latest in car sharing technology to the business park. The Thorpe Park Car Share Scheme allows staff to search for others who may be carrying out the same journey on a daily basis, providing the opportunity to save money and reduce congestion at the same time.

With over 400 registered members, and 4500 staff currently working at Thorpe Park, you may be surprised at just how close you live to someone working in the next building, or even the next office!

Registration takes 2 minutes, and by registering you are not agreeing to share with anyone ... you could just register out of interest! The scheme is accessed via the ParkLife travel pages, and you will need to use the password 'business' when prompted in order to become a member of the Thorpe Park private group.
