Whatever your fitness level – come along to these fun, group outdoor exercise classes from PureGym, aimed at getting your body moving after a day at work.
Beginning at The Springs, you’ll be taken across to Central Park (the new greenspace between The Springs and the Redrow homes) where the session will last around 45 minutes, and will include a range of cardio and bodyweight exercises. Please come along to the session prepared with water, adequate/appropriate clothing and footwear, and most importantly ready to have fun!
It’s a great opportunity to feel the buzz of exercise after the working day! We have two sessions across the week, but spaces are limited so book your spot now to avoid disappointment:
- Tuesday 22nd June 5:30pm – 6:15pm
- Thursday 24th June 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Meet the Instructors
Tom Smith is a specialist in body fat reduction, muscle tone and development, nutritional guidance and weight loss. He works by the philosophy of achieving, sustainable, lifelong results by encouraging small, discreet, lifestyle changes to yield big results.
Tom will be running Thursday’s session.

Danny Doi is a specialist in bespoke plans, body fat reduction, nutritional guidance, providing persistent motivation and weight loss. He has extensive qualifications in Functional & Core Training, Metabolic Conditioning, Nutrition for Health & Performance and much more!
