Security

The Management Company will be responsible for providing security to the common areas of Thorpe Park. For the sake of clarification, please note that the Security duties do not extend to the individual units/plots, the Security of which is the occupier’s sole responsibility.

However, in the event of assistance being required, Security will enter each individual plot/building on request. It must be emphasised that Security Officers have no authority to enter tenant’s premises for the purposes of controlling public order offences and owners/occupiers are responsible for dealing with such matters within their premises.

Thorpe Park’s walkways, side roads and landscaped areas are private property and as such, the Police have no patrolling rights. The Police are able to enter on request to deal with public order offences.

Security currently undertake regular, random, mobile patrols between 1800-0600 hours Monday to Thursday and 24 hours per day at weekends.
