By foot
Walking is an excellent way to keep fit and it is free.
It is a fact that half an hours brisk walking a day can halve the risk of heart disease.
So if you live in the vicinty of Thorpe Park why not make use of the excellent footpath routes into and through the site, whilst at the same time saving money, and maybe your life!
Pedestrian access to Thorpe Park has been a key issue since initial site designs were on the drawing board. Through the Thorpe Park travel plan, it has been ensured that with carefully located crossings and safe and convenient footpath routes throughout the site, the Park will be an attractive and safe place to reach by foot.
If for you the walk to and from Thorpe Park is too far, it doesn't rule out walking altogether. You could walk from a local bus stop, or walk to the local shop for your lunch. These opportunities could save you time, improve your health, and at the same time help to reduce traffic levels in our community.
