The Brown Moor development, proposed on land to the east of The Springs, will consist of a brand-new purpose built industrial and logistics park creating hundreds of employment opportunities and supporting local economic development. It is located on a 60-acre site to the north of junction 46 of the M1 and is adjacent to Thorpe Park.
Consultation will be taking place at Unit 33 at The Springs (next to Elan Laser Clinic & Cafe Nero), on the following days:
- Tuesday 4th October 2022, between 12pm and 4pm
- Friday 7th October 2022, between 10am and 2pm
- Monday 10th October 2022 between 5pm and 7pm
