Velway, who provide facilities management for the Thorpe Park Leeds estate, operate a Help Desk for use by occupying businesses. If you need to report an issue on the estate you can therefore contact the Help Desk by either calling 01827 300631, or emailing helpdesk@velway.co.uk.
Velway are responsible for common areas across the estate, and cover issues including landscaping, security and health and safety. If your issue falls outside of their remit, the Help Desk will advise you of this.
