A LIMITED TIMETABLE WILL BE IN PLACE ACROSS THE RAIL NETWORK FROM MONDAY 20TH JUNE UNTIL SUNDAY 26TH JUNE
Strikes are planned on Tuesday 21st, Thursday 23rd and Saturday 25th June. On these days, only around half of Britain’s rail network will be open, with very limited services and reduced operating hours, from around 07:30 until 18:30.
Timetables for strike days are expected to be published on Friday 17th June, with disruption also expected on non-strike days, timetables for which are expected on Saturday 18th June.
It is advised that rail passengers plan ahead, check before they travel and only travel by train if it’s necessary to do so. The last trains available may be much earlier than usual, so it’s vital that you check your journey is possible before travelling.
Tickets that have already been purchased will be valid for the day before travel and up to two days after strike activity has ended. If your service has been cancelled, delayed or rescheduled, you will be entitled to a change or refund from the original retailer of your ticket. Please note a small admin fee may apply.
