The St. George’s Crypt is a Leeds-based charity who offers care, compassion, and hope to the homeless, the vulnerable, and those suffering from substance dependence.
In previous years, those across Thorpe Park have been awesome and able to help support the charity. We would love to be able to support them again in 2023!
The charity is seeking donations to help their work. The donations requested aren’t large or expensive, but they can make a huge difference to the lives of the homeless at this challenging time of year. All donations would be greatly appreciated, whether it’s some warm socks, tinned food, or toiletries. You can see a full list of requested items below.
They are also having a special Christmas Rucksack appeal – people buy a small rucksack and include gifts like socks, hats, and chocolates in them which is then gifted as a very special present for residents only.
If you are able to make a donation, these can be dropped off at The Springs management suite (between 8am and 7pm) by Wednesday 13th December. Alternatively, if you start a large collection in your office, we can arrange a pick up by St. George’s Crypt – please let us know if this is needed. But if possible, please drop off what you can with The Springs management suite.
