A national provider of buildings’ maintenance services, providing high quality maintenance at highly competitive rates. We offer comprehensive services encompassing Commercial Maintenance, Project Works and Health & Safety advice throughout the UK and Ireland. Delivered by a fully vetted and fully accredited network of local contractors and direct labour.

WAYS Facilities Management Ltd has worked in a broad variety of sectors including retail, FMCG, hospitality and housing sectors. We can also offer clients a whole project solution utilising preferred sub-contractors and direct labour to enable us to complete refurbishment projects from acquisition to completion ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded. We have worked on a range of projects varying in complexity, size and scope. 

We pride ourselves on establishing the client’s needs and concerns from the onset to ensure projects run smoothly whilst delivering an impeccable standard of workmanship.
