With the help of a range of Leeds-based organisations, we are putting on a week of FREE activities to promote positive physical and mental health and wellbeing.

For many people, the gradual easing of lockdown brings a wide range of longed-for opportunities to get back to somewhat 'normal' life. But we can't underestimate how these much anticipated changes and re-adjustments may be hard on our mental health.
